Banque Laurentienne du Canada (Laurentian Bank of Canada)
The UX and QA for the Laurentian Bank's mobile transactional site is part of ongoing work that we've been doing with our partner r42 communication. The challenge was to squeeze the UX testing in once we had some graphic design that was ready to go into a prototype and before the programmers got too far along.
We developed the A/B testing scenarios, set up the testing environment - something special for mobile browsing as that isn't at all the same as sitting at your desktop - qualifing testers, conducting the tests and reported our findings - immediately to the design team, and to the bank's project team upon the completion of the entire set.
